- Cancellation and no-show charges
- Driver and vehicle assignment
- Payment to the driver (cash or card in-car) at the end of the journey
- Lost property and complaints procedures
- Limits on liability

3. Accuracy of information
We try to keep guides, fare estimates and airport information up to date and accurate. However:
- Pricing is dynamic and changes with distance, time of day, journey length and demand \u2014 always check the live quote in the booking widget.
- Airport, station and venue information may change without notice.
- We are not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from the Site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the Site\u2019s security, servers or networks
- Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of our content without permission
- Make repeated test bookings or otherwise abuse the booking widget
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, layout, code) is owned by or licensed to XTAXI24 LIMITED and protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Limitation of liability
